Post-incubation is a support programme for technology-based companies that have been incubated but are not yet ready to move into the Technology Parks. As incubation generally lasts for four years and the development of new technologies sometimes takes much longer, additional support is needed to consolidate the innovation developed. But how does one design such a programme? This is the subject addressed in this book, following years of research into companies that have had this opportunity to consolidate their position.
